  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

  • In a bowl, soak rice in warm water for at least 2 hours.
  • Transfer rice to a blender, add soaked rice water, cow’s milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, vanilla essence, sugar, and cinnamon, and blend until smooth. Strain and pour refreshing Mexican horchata into a pitcher with ice cubes.
