  • 2 liters water
  • 1 cup rice
  • 4 sticks cinnamon
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cups sugar

  • Soak rice in boiling water and let cool.
  • In a pot, boil water with 4 cinnamon sticks. Let it cool.
  • Transfer rice, rice water, cinnamon water, and just a cinnamon stick to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Use a fine-mesh strainer to pour the mixture into a large pitcher. Incorporate milk until the desired consistency is obtained.
  • Add more water, sugar, and stir thoroughly. Add ice cubes at the end.
