  • 2 cups lentils, cooked
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons oats, rolled oats
  • 60 grams onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 garlic, crushed
  • 200 grams flour
  • 2 grams salt
  • 2 grams pepper
  • 100 milliliters sour cream
  • 4 burger buns
  • 100 grams lettuce, washed and rinsed
  • 100 grams onion, cut into rings
  • 100 grams tomato, cut into round slices

  • In a bowl, combine lentils, egg, oatmeal, onion, oregano, and garlic. Add flour until a homogenous mixture is obtained and patties can be formed. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Form balls with previous mixture and flatten them to shape them into a patty. In a skillet, dip patties in hot oil.
