  • In a blender, combine tomatillo, árbol chile, garlic, and chicken broth and blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • In a skillet, fry bacon for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove bacon from the skillet and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
  • In the same skillet, add beef tenderloin Tampiqueña strips. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Add green onions. Once beef tenderloin Tampiqueña strips release their drippings, add blended sauce and granulated chicken bouillon. Cook for 10 minutes. Set aside.
  • Serve authentic carne en su jugo on a large clay bowl with beans, onion, radish, green onions, bacon, and tortillas.
