Easy Meatloaf

  • 1 kilo ground beef
  • 3 cups vegetable salad
  • 1/4 kilos deli ham, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chicken consommé
  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams bacon

  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except bacon.
  • Line the bottom and sides of a pan with bacon. Place previous mixture on top and spread it evenly.
  • Bake for about 1 hour.
  • Remove from oven, flip, and bake for 15 more minutes until bacon is perfectly fried.
  • Serve easy meatloaf either hot or cold with salad on the side.
