  • In a hot skillet over medium heat, fry bacon for 5 minutes.
  • For the patties: In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, bacon, cornstarch, egg, salt, and pepper. Form patties and cool for 10 minutes.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook patties for 15 minutes. Top with Manchego and cheddar cheese, cover with a lid, and melt.
  • For the onions: In a skillet over low heat, melt butter. Add onion and a bit of salt. Cook for about 20 minutes until onions are tender and translucent. Set aside.
  • For assembling the sliders: Spread slider bun heels with mayonnaise and crowns with mustard. Stack patties, pickles, and tomatoes. Place slider bun crown on top. Insert a toothpick in the middle to keep sliders in place. Serve game day sliders with the side dish and drink of your choice.
