  • For marinating the chicken: In a bowl, add chicken breast and season with salt and pepper. Add garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil and mix until completely incorporated. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.  
  • In a deep skillet over medium heat, fry bacon until slightly golden brown. Do not add vegetable oil as bacon will render enough fat out. Add onion and cecina and cook for 8 minutes or until cecina turns color. Add red, green, and yellow bell peppers and cook until translucent.
  • Add marinated chicken breast and cook over medium heat until it turns color. Add button mushrooms and zucchini and cook for 3 minutes. Add shredded Oaxaca cheese on top, cover, turn off the heat, and let cheese broil.
  • Serve cecina & chicken alambre hot with corn tortillas and guacamole
