  • 4 cups cream cheese, cut into cubes, at room temperature, for the dip
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder, for the dip
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, for the dip
  • 1/4 cups pine nuts, for the dip
  • 1 cup bacon, fried, finely chopped, for the dip
  • 1/4 cups fresh cilantro, finely chopped, for the dip
  • 1/4 cups cheddar cheese, grated, for the dip
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder, for the dip
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, for the dip
  • 2 Jalapeño chiles, roasted and finely chopped, for dip
  • 1 tablespoon salt, for the dip
  • 1 cup yellow bell pepper, and red, cut into circles and stars, for garnish
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped, for garnish
  • 1/4 cups pine nuts, toasted, for garnish
  • saltine crackers, for serving

  • In a bowl, add all of the ingredients for the dip. Mix until incorporated. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Place plastic wrap on a chopping board. Add previous preparation. Cover with plastic and shape it into a cheese tree with your hands. Cover with finely chopped cilantro, pine nuts, and bell pepper circles. Place a bell pepper star on top.
  • Serve little Christmas tree cheese ball with crackers.
