  • 1/4 cups butter, cold, for the dough 
  • 1 egg, for the dough 
  • 1/4 cups water, cold, for the dough

  • 1/4 onions, thinly sliced 
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 2 cups chicken, shredded
  • 1 cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, shredded 
  • 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 3 teaspoons parsley, finely chopped

  • Preheat oven to 392 ºF.
  • In a food processor, grind flour, salt, butter, egg, and cold water to a paste. Form dough balls and wrap them in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • For the chicken Alfredo: In a skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, nutmeg, and parsley. Cook for 15 minutes.
