  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breast, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Cut Constellation® into halves and set aside.
  • In a skillet, sear chicken for 5 minutes per side. Once lightly brown, add white wine, chicken broth, Constellation®, and button mushrooms. Cover and cook for 10 minutes more or until cooked through. Set aside.
  • For the gnocchi: In a pot of salted boiled water, cook gnocchi for 4 minutes. Strain and set aside.
  • Serve chicken strips in a bowl, top with Constellation®, button mushrooms, and gnocchis, and garnish with fresh basil.
