  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons chipotle chile in adobo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cups chicken fajitas
  • salt

  • flour tortillas, for the tacos

  • In a blender, combine garlic, sour cream, milk, and chipotle chile in adobo sauce and blend until smooth. Set aside.
  • In a pot, melt butter over medium heat and fry onion until translucent. Add chicken fajitas and season with salt and pepper. Lower heat and cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Pour previous mixture into the pot and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 10 more minutes over medium-low heat. Stir constantly. Remove from heat.
  • Serve chipotle chicken fajitas in a flour tortilla topped with guacamole.
