  • Using a grater, shred bolillo rolls. In a bowl, add shredded bolillo rolls and a bit of shredded Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
  • On a chopping board, place chicken cutlets and season with salt and pepper. Place a slice of deli ham and a slice of cheese on top. Roll up with even pressure.
  • In a bowl, beat eggs with milk. Add garlic powder and season with salt and pepper. Using tongs, dip chicken cutlets in flour and egg mixture.
  • Remove excess egg mixture and coat with breadcrumbs. Press gently.
  • Cut chicken cutlets into slices. Serve cordon bleu with French fries.
