  • 1/4 cups bacon, chopped
  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups button mushrooms
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • 1 cup whipping cream

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until golden brown. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil and set aside. In the same skillet, sear chicken breasts on both sides and season with salt. Set aside.
  • In the same skillet, cook button mushrooms until tender. Add white wine and cook for a few minutes.
  • Bring chicken breasts back to the skillet. Add whipping cream and cooked bacon. Cook for 5 minutes over low heat until sauce thickens. Serve creamy bacon mushroom chicken.
