Crispy Chicken Tenders

In the royal court of game night snacks, crispy chicken tenders are the rightful kings! These crispy and delish chicken tenders need nothing more than chicken breast, breadcrumbs, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, eggs, and vegetable oil to take your guests to food heaven while enjoying the big game!

  • 2 cups chicken breast
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 eggs
  • some vegetable oil, for frying

  • On a chopping board, cut chicken breast into strips. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, oregano, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • In another bowl, add eggs, salt, and pepper and beat until completely incorporated.
  • Dip chicken strips in egg mixture and coat with breadcrumbs until completely covered.
  • In a skillet, fry chicken tenders for about 5 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil.
  • Serve crispy chicken tenders hot with steamed vegetables and ketchup.
