Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings

  • 1 head garlic
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted

  • 3 tablespoons garlic, flakes
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

  • 1 kilo chicken wings
  • 3 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped  
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded  
  • 1/4 cups corn flakes, chopped  
  • some cooking spray
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, finely shredded  
  • 2 tablespoons lime pepper seasoning

  • Preheat oven to 392 ºF.
  • Wrap garlic head with aluminum foil and bake until garlic cloves are tender. In a food processor, grind baked garlic head to a paste.
  • Transfer garlic paste to a bowl. Add mayonnaise, butter, lime pepper seasoning, garlic flakes, Parmesan cheese, and finely chopped parsley. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, mix garlic, flour, Parmesan cheese, and corn flakes. Add chicken wings and toss until completely covered.
  • Coat a rack with cooking spray. Arrange chicken wings in a single layer on the rack. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and coat chicken wings with first garlic Parmesan mixture. Sprinkle chicken wings with more Parmesan cheese and lime pepper seasoning. Serve garlic Parmesan chicken wings.
