  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, fresh, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 1/4 cups honey
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • some salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 orange, cut into half-moons
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • some lime, cut into wheels, for garnish
  • some chives, finely chopped, for garnish

  • In a bowl, mix chicken thighs with garlic, ginger, honey, lime juice, thyme, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper. Marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sear chicken thighs perfectly until brown. Add white wine and let evaporate. Pour in chicken broth, rosemary, and orange. Cover and cook until cooked through.
  • Serve lime chicken thighs garnished with chives and lime wheels.
