  • 4 bolillo rolls, cut into half
  • 1/4 cups butter
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup chilaquiles, green or red
  • 1/2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1/4 cups Oaxaca cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cups red onion, sliced

  • On a griddle, lightly toast bolillo rolls with butter. Remove from griddle and spread warm refried beans on top.
