  • Place chicken on a chopping board and season with salt and pepper. Add orange and lime wheels and some rosemary sprigs inside the chicken. Using kitchen twine, truss the chicken. Set aside.
  • For the sauce: In a bowl, mix garlic, orange jam, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, melted butter, orange juice, and lime juice until perfectly incorporated. Set aside.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter. Place chicken inside and fry it on both sides for some minutes. Pour sauce over the chicken, covering completely. Place remaining citrus wheels on the saucepan. Add onion, new potatoes, and the remaining rosemary. Cover and cook on the stove for 75 minutes over medium heat.
  • Serve stovetop orange-glazed chicken with new potatoes and cooked sauce.
