  • In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, beat egg yolks slightly. Add milk and oil. Mix and transfer to the first bowl. Mix until completely incorporated.
  • In a third bowl, beat egg white until a firm meringue is formed.
  • Fold egg white into the previous mixture. Do not overmix.
  • On a previously greased waffle maker, add 1 cup of waffle batter in a heart shape. Close the lid immediately. Cook until cooked through.
  • Repeat process with remaining waffle batter.
  • Serve waffles on a plate. Dust heart-shaped waffles with icing sugar and drizzle chocolate syrup on top. Garnish heart-shaped waffles with raspberries.
