  • For the pancake batter: Combine eggs, salt, baking powder, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla essence in a bowl and whisk until perfectly combined.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat, add a tablespoon of butter. Pour pancake batter into the desired shape. Cook until bubbles begin to burst. Repeat with remaining batter.
  • For the reindeer pancake: On a plate, place a large pancake and a smaller one on top for the reindeer’s face. Use chocolate chips for the eyes. Use whipping cream and maraschino cherries for the nose. Add two small pancake triangles to create the ears. Garnish with hazelnut chocolate cream and bacon strips.
  • For the Santa Claus pancake: Place a large pancake on a plate. Use marshmallows and hazelnut chocolate cream for the eyes. Use banana slices for the beard. Use raspberries and whipped cream for the hat.
  • Serve Christmas pancakes with honey.
