  • In a skillet over medium heat, heat oil, place pork chops, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 8 minutes on both sides or until golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add butter and onion and fry until softened. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Add ketchup, chicken wings hot sauce, and cola, and season with cumin and oregano. Cook over low heat for 3 minutes. Adjust seasoning and add potatoes and pork chops. Cook over low heat for 15 more minutes.
  • Serve Coca-Cola pork chops on a plate garnished with cilantro and with white rice on the side.
