  • 4 seaweed
  • 2 cups sushi rice, cooked and seasoned
  • 200 grams salmon, cut into strips
  • 1 cup cream cheese, cut into strips
  • 1 avocado, cut into strips
  • 1 cup flour, for breading
  • 3 eggs, for breading
  • 1 cup panko, for breading
  • 1/2 cups breadcrumbs, for breading
  • some vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1 cup mayonnaise, for the sauce
  • 1/8 cups chipotle chile, for the sauce
  • 1/8 cups soy sauce, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice, for the sauce
  • 1/8 cups rice vinegar, for the sauce

  • For the sushi rolls: On a plastic wrap-lined sushi mat, place seaweed and cover completely with cooked and seasoned sushi rice. Arrange salmon, cream cheese, and avocado on top. Roll up seaweed and press tightly. Cut in half.
  • Coat the sushi rolls with flour. Dip in egg and cover with a combination of panko and breadcrumbs. Thread sushi rolls into a wooden skewer. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
  • For the sauce: In a blender, combine mayonnaise, chipotle chile, soy sauce, lime juice, and rice vinegar and blend until smooth.
  • Serve deep-fried sushi roll on a stick with sauce.
