4-Layer Atole Gelatin

Prepare this 4-layer atole gelatin to wow the kids at home and make them fall in love with its delish taste.   • Using a whisk, dissolve pecan atole powder with hot milk in a bowl. Add condensed milk and unflavored gelatin. Mix until completely incorporated. Repeat with strawberry atole, vanilla atole, and cookie atole.
  • Grease an 8.2-inch silicone gelatin mold. Using a ladle or a measuring cup, gently pour a layer of pecan atole until ¼ of the gelatin mold is full. Refrigerate until set.
  • Once the first layer has set, pour ¼ of the strawberry atole on top and refrigerate until set. Repeat with vanilla atole and cookie atole. Refrigerate until set between layers.
  • Garnish 4-layer atole gelatin with guava and strawberry quarters, and mint leaves. Serve 4-layer atole gelatin cold.
