  • In a baking dish, place blueberry gelatin and hot water. Mix and refrigerate until set. Repeat for the strawberry gelatin.
  • Using a knife and your hands, gently unmold each of the gelatins.
  • Place gelatins on a chopping board and cut them into small-sized cubes.
  • Grease another mold with a bit of cooking spray and place colorful gelatin cubes up to the edge. Set aside.
  • For the milk gelatin: In a pitcher, combine whole milk, evaporated milk, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla essence, and melted unflavored gelatin. Mix thoroughly and pour into the previous mold until full covering the colorful gelatin cubes completely.
  • Refrigerate until set.
  • Cut 4th of July mosaic gelatin into slices and serve.
