  • In a pot over high heat, melt butter. Add condensed milk and whole milk and cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly to keep the mixture from scorching. Add shredded coconut, mix thoroughly, and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Pour mixture into a bowl or container and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from fridge and add whipped cream. Mix until a creamy consistency is obtained. Set aside.
  • Serve Brazilian coconut pudding in a bowl garnished with more whipped cream and maraschino cherries.
