  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cream cheese, 3.3 oz each, for the milk gelatin
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, for the milk gelatin  
  • 6 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, 0.2 oz each, hydrated and melted, for the milk gelatin 
  • 2 cups whole milk, for the coffee gelatin
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, for the coffee gelatin
  • 1 cup whipping cream, for the coffee gelatin
  • 1 cup sugar, for the coffee gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons instant coffee, for the coffee gelatin
  • coffee liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, for the coffee gelatin
  • 6 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, 0.2 oz each, hydrated and melted
  • whipped cream, for garnish 
  • wafer rolls, cut into chunks, for garnish
  • condensed milk, for garnish

  • For the milk gelatin: Combine all the milk gelatin ingredients except the unflavored gelatin in a T-fal Infiny Force Blender®. Blend with the “dessert” setting until smooth. While blending, add unflavored gelatin in an even stream.
  • Pour a layer of milk gelatin into a previously greased cake pan. Refrigerate until set. Set remaining milk gelatin mixture aside.
  • For the coffee gelatin: Combine all the coffee gelatin ingredients except the unflavored gelatin in a T-fal Infiny Force Blender®. Blend with the “dessert” setting until smooth. While blending, add unflavored gelatin in an even stream.
  • Pour a layer of coffee gelatin on top of the milk gelatin layer. Refrigerate until set. Repeat the layers alternating the milk and coffee gelatins until cake pan is full.
  • Refrigerate caffè latte gelatin until completely set. Unmold and top with whipped cream rosettes, wafer rolls, and drizzle with condensed milk.
