  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups cajeta
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup pecans

  • Preheat oven to 338 °F.
  • Line a flan pan with cajeta and spread it all over the surface.
  • Combine evaporated milk, cajeta, cream cheese, and eggs in a blender. Blend until a homogenous mixture is obtained.
  • Pour flan mixture over the cajeta-lined pan with care. Bake for 45 minutes on a water bath. If needed, cover with aluminum foil. Cool and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  • Unmold cajeta pecan flan. Garnish with more cajeta, pecans, and strawberries.
