Chocolate Apple Pops

Halloween is just around the corner and these dark chocolate apples decorated with melted caramel and pecans are the ideal snack for trick or treat giveaways! Easy and quick, these chocolate apples are made with only 4 ingredients and every kid will love them!

  • 1 cup bittersweet chocolate, chips or chunks
  • 1 cup caramel, in soft candies
  • 2 apples
  • 1/2 cups pecans, finely chopped

  • Melt chocolate in a water bath. Reserve.
  • Melt soft caramel candies in a water bath. Reserve.
  • On a chopping board cut apples in thick slices. Insert a wooden skewer in each apple. Dip apple in melted chocolate. Place apples on a tray with parchment paper and using a spoon drizzle fine melted caramel lines.
  • Sprinkle chopped pecans on homemade chocolate apples. Refrigerate until completely dry.
