  • For the crêpe batter: In a blender, combine eggs, flour, butter, sugar, milk, and chocolate powder and blend until a homogeneous and semi-liquid consistency is obtained.
  • In a non-stick skillet, spray butter cooking spray. Pour previous mixture with a ladle into the non-stick skillet to form crêpes. For even-sized crêpes, pour the same amount of batter each time. Cook for 2 minutes on each side..
  • For the filling: In a bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, strawberry jam, and chopped strawberry. Place a crêpe as the base and top with filling. Sprinkle shredded chocolate and roll. Dust icing sugar on top
