  • 1 cup mixed berries gelatin
  • 2 cups water, hot
  • 1 cup lime gelatin
  • 2 cups water, hot
  • 1 cup rompope
  • 2 cups cow's milk, hot
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 21 grams unflavored gelatin powder, 4 envelopes, 0.2 oz each
  • some whipped cream, for garnish
  • cherries, for garnish

  • Dissolve berries gelatin in hot water. Repeat with lime gelatin. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine rompope, hot milk, sugar, and dissolved unflavored gelatin powder. Mix until perfectly incorporated. Set aside.
  • In a small cup, pour a little bit of berries gelatin and let the gelatin set for a few minutes. Once berries gelatin is set, pour a little bit of rompope gelatin to form a second layer and let set. Pour a little bit of lime gelatin and let set. Repeat the process, alternating gelatin flavors, until the cup is full. Let set completely.
  • Garnish Christmas gelatin cups with whipping cream and maraschino cherries on top.
