  • 12 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated, 2.9 oz, for the lime gelatin
  • 1 package strawberry gelatin, 4.2 oz
  • 12 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated, 2.9 oz, for the strawberry gelatin
  • 4 cups water, hot, for the strawberry gelatin

  • In a bowl with hot water, add lime gelatin and melted unflavored gelatin. Mix until dissolved and set aside.
  • In a rectangular mold, place two ladles of lime gelatin forming a 0.3-inch-thick layer. Set aside in the fridge for 1 day or until set.
  • In a bowl with hot water, add strawberry gelatin and melted unflavored gelatin. Mix until dissolved and set aside.
  • In a rectangular mold, place two ladles of strawberry gelatin forming a 0.3-inch thick later. Set aside in the fridge for 1 day or until set.
  • In a bowl, add milk, vanilla essence, and condensed milk and mix thoroughly. Add melted unflavored gelatin and mix until dissolved.
  • In a square mold, place vanilla gelatin and refrigerate for 1 day or until set.
  • Unmold vanilla gelatin and place it on a cake stand. Set aside in the fridge.
  • Cut strawberry gelatin into 7 0.7-inch-thick strips. Set aside.
  • For assembling the Christmas gift gelatin: Brush melted unflavored gelatin on top of the vanilla gelatin forming a cross. Place two strawberry gelatin strips on top of the vanilla gelatin forming a cross and cutting one of them to size so they do not overlap. Fold two strawberry gelatin strips to form the top part of the gelatin ribbon as shown in the video. Cut a triangle off the ends of another gelatin strip and arrange it as shown in the video. Stick previously cut large and small lime gelatin circles around the vanilla gelatin. Serve Christmas gift gelatin paired with a cup of fruit punch.
