  • Preheat oven to 338 °F.
  • For the caramel: In a small pot over low heat, heat sugar and chocolate syrup. Stir occasionally. Cook until caramel is obtained. Line a flan pan with caramel. Set aside.
  • For the flan: Combine condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, chocolate syrup, chocolate powder, vanilla, and cream cheese in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour flan mixture into the caramel-lined pan. Bake in a water bath for about 2 hours. Remove from oven, cool, and refrigerate for 1 hour or until very cold.
  • Unmold creamy chocolate flan and garnish with whipped cream, strawberries, and a bit of grated white chocolate.
  • Cut one slice and serve.
