  • 2 cups yellow corn, canned and drained 
  • 1/2 cups whole milk, 4.2 oz
  • 1 cup cream cheese, cut into cubes, 6.7 oz 
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, 8.4 oz 
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk, 4.2 oz
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 21 grams unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated, 3 envelopes, 0.2 oz each
  • some cooking spray, for greasing 
  • some condensed milk, for garnish 
  • some obleas, pink and yellow, cut into chunks, for garnish 
  • some pecans, chopped, for garnish

  • In a blender, combine yellow corn kernels, whole milk, cream cheese, evaporated milk, condensed milk, vanilla essence, and cinnamon powder and blend until smooth. While blending on low speed, add hydrated unflavored gelatin in an even stream and keep blending for 2 minutes until completely incorporated.
  • Grease an 8.2-inch mold with cooking spray. Pour blended mixture until pan is full. Refrigerate until set. Let set overnight.
  • Unmold creamy corn gelatin and place on a platter. Pour condensed milk over creamy corn gelatin and top with obleas and pecans.
