  • 1 can evaporated milk, 12.1 oz
  • 1 can condensed milk, 13.4 oz
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 190 grams cream cheese, 1 package
  • 2 cups cow's milk
  • 12 mazapanes
  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated
  • strawberries, cut into quarters 
  • mazapán, for garnish, cut into triangles

  • In a blender, combine evaporated milk, condensed milk, whipped cream, cream cheese, and mazapán and blend until smooth. While blending, add unflavored gelatin in an even stream. Set aside.
  • In a previously greased mold, pour blended mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
  • Unmold creamy mazapán gelatin and garnish with strawberries and mazapán.
  • Serve creamy mazapán gelatin.
