  • Combine eggs, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, pancake mix, and baking powder in a blender and blend for 5 minutes or until completely incorporated.
  • Divide blended mixture into three bowls. Add vanilla essence to one bowl and mix with a whisk. Add chocolate syrup to another bowl and mix thoroughly with a whisk. Add strawberry to the third bowl and mix thoroughly with a whisk. Set aside.
  • Pour each of the batters into three previously greased and floured pans. Bake each sponge cake separately at 356 °F for 30 minutes. Let cool.
  • In a bowl, mix milk, evaporated milk, and condensed milk. Set aside.
  • Place chocolate sponge cake on a cake stand and fill with the three Duvalín frostings making a swirl.
  • Place strawberry sponge cake on top and fill with the three Duvalín frostings.
  • Place vanilla sponge cake and top and frost cake with whipped cream. Add a second layer of whipped cream if necessary.
  • Freeze Duvalín tres leches cake for 15 minutes so it is firm.
  • Prepare a strawberry glaze by mixing condensed milk and strawberry syrup.
  • Garnish Duvalín tres leches cake with chocolate ganache, strawberry glaze, strawberries, and shredded chocolate.
