  • 4 eggs
  • 250 milliliters evaporated milk
  • 60 grams sugar
  • some caramel, liquid
  • 1 cup condensed milk

  • Beat eggs and 3 tablespoons of sugar. For a sweeter flan, add more sugar.
  • Add evaporated milk and condensed milk. Mix until perfectly incorporated.
  • Microwave on medium for 5 minutes. The flan will be done when a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. If needed, microwave for 2 more minutes.
  • For the caramel: In a skillet, heat remaining sugar until caramel is formed. Make sure it does not burn.
  • Once easy microwave flan cools, unmold and top with caramel.
