  • 3 tablespoons María cookies, crushed, for sprinkling
  • 3/4 cups low-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 cups requesón
  • 2 teaspoons monk fruit
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • some peppermint, for garnish

  • Cut strawberries into quarters.
  • In a plastic bag, place María cookies. Using a rolling pin, crush cookies to a fine powder or small chunks. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix sour cream, requesón, and monk fruit with a whisk until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
  • In a small glass, add strawberries and top with previous mixture. Garnish fresas con crema cups with crushed María cookies, cinnamon powder, and mint leaves.
