  • 2 cups water, cold
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 cup table cream
  • 5 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, 0.2 oz each

  • For the bright pink gelatin layer: In a small pot, heat 2 cups of water and dissolve strawberry gelatin. Add cold water and condensed milk. Pour ¼ of the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until set.
  • For the medium pink gelatin layer: In a pot, heat milk, evaporated milk, strawberry jam, table cream, and unflavored gelatin powder and cook until completely dissolved. Let cook and pour ¼ of the mixture into the mold. Refrigerate until set.
  • Repeat the gelatin layers alternating colors. Refrigerate between layers. Once the mold is full, refrigerate for at least one more hour until completely set.
  • Unmold fresas con crema gelatin and garnish with raspberries, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and fresh mint.
