  • 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • Combine strawberries, orange juice, and cinnamon in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Mix cream cheese and icing sugar. Divide mixture into two and set aside.
  • Add whipped cream and vanilla essence to one part of the mixture and mix thoroughly. Set aside. Add blended strawberry mixture to the remaining cream cheese mixture. Set aside.
  • For assembling the fresas con crema icebox cake: Line a rectangular pan with plastic wrap. Place a layer of cookies for the base. Spread strawberry mixture and cream mixture on top. Using a toothpick or another kitchen utensil, cut swirls. Place another layer of cookies on top. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used up. Let cool for 24 hours.
