  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 5 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated, 1.2 oz
  • 4 cups water, hot, for the clear gelatin
  • 1/2 cups sugar, for the clear gelatin
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, for the clear gelatin
  • 5 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted, 1.2 oz, for the clear gelatin
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 2 cups green grapes, seedless, for the clear gelatin
  • 2 cups canned peaches, for the clear gelatin

  • For the milk gelatin: In a blender, combine condensed milk, evaporated milk, whole milk, vanilla essence, and previously hydrated unflavored gelatin powder and mix until smooth.
  • Pour blended mixture into a previously greased mold and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
  • For the clear gelatin: In a bowl, dissolve sugar in hot water. Add vanilla essence and unflavored gelatin.
  • Cut milk gelatin into eighths and remove every other part. Fill the empty spaces with strawberries, grapes, peaches, and pineapple.
  • Carefully pour clear gelatin mixture on top of the fruit making sure it does not spill. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until completely set.
  • Unmold fruit gelatin mold and garnish with fresh fruit. Cut into slices and serve.
