  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 3 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cups icing sugar
  • 4 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles
  • some whipped cream, for garnish

  • In a mixer, combine flour, baking powder, icing sugar, vanilla essence, eggs, and butter. Using the balloon whisk attachment, mix until all ingredients are perfectly incorporated.
  • Add rainbow sprinkles to the batter and mix thoroughly. Pour batter into two mugs. Microwave for a minute and a half or until done.
  • Garnish funfetti mug cakes with whipping cream, maraschino cherries, and rainbow sprinkles.
