  • Hydrate unflavored gelatin powder in 4.2 ounces of water.
  • In a pot, place 4.2 ounces of water, sugar, and glucose syrup and bring to a boil to form a syrup.
  • Once syrup comes to a boil, add hydrated unflavored gelatin. Stir until completely incorporated and remove from heat.
  • Divide mixture into two. Add lime artificial flavoring and green food coloring to one half and strawberry artificial flavoring and red food coloring to the other.
  • Grease candy molds with butter cooking spray and pour gumdrops mixture in using a spoon.
  • Let gumdrops cool and unmold.
  • Place sugar on a plate and coat gumdrops.
