  • 1/2 cups cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups butter
  • 1 1/2 cups hazelnut chocolate cream
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 cup icing sugar, for the frosting
  • 2 tablespoons hazelnut chocolate cream, for the frosting
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk, for the frosting

  • Preheat oven to 356° F.
  • In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients and sift through a fine-mesh sieve. Set aside.
  • In a mixer, cream butter and hazelnut chocolate cream. Add eggs one by one, vanilla essence, and milk. Alternate with dry ingredients.
  • Pour batter into a previously greased and floured bundt cake pan. Bake for 50 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let cool.
  • For the hazelnut glaze: In a bowl, mix the glaze ingredients. Spoon hazelnut chocolate cream bundt cake over with hazelnut glaze and garnish with hazelnut chunks. Let dry.
  • Serve hazelnut chocolate cream bundt cake paired with a glass of cold milk.
