  • 4 cups cream cheese, melted, for the crêpes
  • 1 cup condensed milk, for the filling
  • 3 tablespoons lime zest, for the filling
  • 1/2 cups lime juice, for the filling
  • 3 cups whipping cream, for the frosting
  • 1 cup icing sugar, for the frosting
  • 5 tablespoons lime zest, for the frosting
  • 2 limes, cut into wheels, for garnish

  • In a bowl, place sugar, butter, milk, egg, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, make crêpes with the previous batter. Make as many crêpes as the desired number of layers for the cake. Set aside.
  • In a container, mix cream cheese, condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest until a homogenous mixture is formed.
  • In a baking sheet, place a cake ring and place one crêpe as the base. Place a layer of filling on top. Repeat the layers until all of the ingredients are used up. Refrigerate.
  • In a bowl, whip whipping cream until doubled in size. Add icing sugar and lime zest. Frost crêpe cake with whipped cream.
  • Garnish with lime wheels and mint leaves. Cut a slice of key lime crêpe cake.
