  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup, for the caramel
  • 1/4 cups water, for the caramel
  • 1 cup condensed milk, for the flan
  • 1 can evaporated milk, for the flan
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, for the flan
  • 1 1/2 cups mango, for the flan
  • 190 grams cream cheese, for the flan
  • 5 eggs, for the flan
  • 1/4 cups raw sugar, for the mango garnish
  • 3 tablespoons butter, for the mango garnish
  • 1 cup mango, cut into cubes, for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

  • Preheat oven to 338 °F.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Melt sugar and honey until caramel is obtained. Line single portion pans or one large flan pan with caramel. Set aside.
  • Combine all ingredients for the flan in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour flan mixture into caramel-lined pans. Bake for 45 minutes on a water bath. Cool and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat with sugar. Add butter, mango, and cinnamon powder. Cook until mango turns bright. Set aside.
  • Unmold mango caramel flan and garnish with caramelized mango.
