  • 2 packages María cookies, 5.9 oz each 
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 cup table cream
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1/3 cups cajeta
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 6 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, 0.2 oz each, hydrated and melted 
  • whipped cream, for garnish

  • In a blender, combine all the ingredients, except for the unflavored gelatin, and blend until smooth. While blending, add unflavored gelatin in an even stream.
  • In a previously greased gelatin mold, pour blended mixture and refrigerate until set.
  • Unmold María cookies gelatin and garnish with whipped cream.
