Mini Mosaic Gelatins

  • 4 cups cow's milk, hot
  • 1/4 cups gelatin, blueberry
  • 1/4 cups lime gelatin
  • 1/4 cups mango gelatin
  • 1/4 cups mixed berries gelatin
  • 4 cups water, hot
  • 1 cup pineapple gelatin

  • Divide hot cow’s milk into 4 bowls. Add 1 different gelatin flavor into each bowl. Pour each gelatin mixture into a glass container. Let cool for 1 hour until set.
  • Unmold each gelatin and cut into even-sized cubes. Set aside.
  • In a pitcher, mix hot water with pineapple gelatin. Remove from heat. Let cool at room temperature.
  • Arrange gelatin cubes into a 6-cavity mini silicone mold. Pour pineapple gelatin into each mini silicone cavity and refrigerate for 1 hour. Unmold and serve mini mosaic gelatins.
