  • 1 package cinnamon cookies, 6.3 oz
  • 1 stick butter, 3.1 oz, melted 
  • 11/2 cups water, for the lime gelatin
  • 1 envelope lime gelatin
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin powder
  • 11/2 cups water, for the strawberry gelatin 
  • 1 envelope strawberry gelatin

  • In a plastic bag, place cinnamon cookies and crush them to a powder.
  • In a 7.8-inch silicone square cake pan, mix cookie powder and melted butter to form a crust. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • For the lime gelatin: In a pot over medium heat, heat water and bring to a boil. Turn heat off and add lime gelatin. Mix thoroughly until there are no lumps. Pour lime gelatin into the silicone square cake pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.
  • For the milk gelatin: In a pot, heat milk and condensed milk over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
  • Hydrate unflavored gelatin powder with water and add hot milk. Mix until dissolved and let cool. Pour previous mixture on top of lime gelatin. Let set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Repeat previous steps for the strawberry gelatin. Let cool and pour on top of the milk gelatin. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.
  • Cut tricolor gelatin pie into small-sized cubes. Serve mini tricolor gelatin pie cubes.
