  • 1 cup cookies, orange
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cups table cream
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/3 cups lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, melted and hydrated, 0.2 oz each
  • 1/2 cups strawberries
  • 1/2 cups kiwi
  • 1/2 cups peach
  • 1/3 cups cherries
  • 1/3 cups raspberries

  • For the crust: In a food procesor, combine cookies, cinnamon, lime zest, and butter and grind to a paste.
  • Place crust on tartlet pans and press firmly with a spoon until base is completely covered. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • For the filling: In a blender, combine condensed milk, table cream, evaporated milk, lime juice, vanilla essence, and melted unflavored gelatin.
  • Fill tartlet pans with lime filling and let cool until solid. Unmold no-bake mini fruit tarts and garnish with fruit. Serve no-bake fruit tartlets.
