  • 1/2 cups dark chocolate, powder, for the chocolate gelatin 
  • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (0.2 oz each) hydrated and melted, for the chocolate gelatin
  • 4 cups cow's milk, hot, for the chocolate gelatin 
  • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hot, (0.2 oz each) hydrated and melted, for the chocolate gelatin
  • 4 cups OREO cookies, cut into chunks, for the oreo gelatin

  • For the chocolate gelatin: In a bowl, mix hot evaporated milk, chocolate syrup, vanilla essence, and dark chocolate until completely incorporated. Add unflavored gelatin.
  • Pour blended mixture into a gelatin mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.
  • For the oreo gelatin: In a bowl, mix hot milk, sugar, vanilla essence, and unflavored gelatin until completely incorporated. Let cool slightly.
  • Remove gelatin mold from the fridge and arrange cookie chunks. Pour oreo gelatin mixture into the gelatin mold and refrigerate until set. Unmold oreo & chocolate gelatin and serve.
